PromasTM believe in making machines that are tech-savvy & equally safe. In lieu of the complexities that go in the making of the machine, Promas ensures machine safety, human & electrical safety. All the grey parts of the machines, prone to cause damage are well equipped with guards at the appropriate parts. Apart from the state-of-the-art expertise what sets PromasTM apart is its Documentation Process. The Documentation is a record of all the proceedings, right from the purchase of raw material to the finished product. The necessary lab certificates are furnished along with different reports like raw material test reports, manufacturing & inspection documents. These records enable traceability of the problem in case of a breakdown, to save downtime. The Product Manual is accompanied with the machine, enlisting all the spare parts that go in the manufacturing of the machine. Supported with detailed illustrations, the manual helps in tracing the problem & replacement of the damaged part appropriately. Furthermore, there are a series of certifications & qualifications that follow in chronological order of the manufacturing process, which are : DQ, IQ & OQ (FAT ).

We provide documentation for our equipments & machineries required as per GMP/cGMP/GAMP/GLP/GCP standards.
We also manufacture equipments in accordance with US-FDA requirements. Validation of machines plays an important role in the life cycle of pharmaceutical plants. The aim is to achieve a predefined quality standard of the end product.
This is subject to the regulation of the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) & are suitably designed, qualified & documented.

We provide the following documentation :
Design qualification (DQ) : DQ helps to fulfill the demands & deliver the requested performance as per user requirement specification(URS)
Installation Qualification (IQ) : IQ includes operation & Installation instructions, the calibration protocols. The first tests are carried out at works prior to commissioning.
Operation Qualification (OQ) : OQ is required for the functional conformity of the units.
Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) : All possible tests are carried out at works prior to despatch. This information is documented according to GMP/cGMP standards.
Operation & Maintenance manual :
We provide documentation for operating instructions for bought-out items. This also includes manual for our supplied equipments & machineries.
