Promas™ Ball Mills are provided with vertical cylindrical/conical jacketed body with electrical heaters & controllers. The mill is provided with stainless steel balls. These balls are stirred by stirrer, made out of rods which are welded to main shaft in ‘+’ shape. The stirrer speed is generally provided as 300 RPM.

A perforated plate is provided below the stirrer & a magnetic arrester at the bottom. A close circulation of the paste is achieved by gear pump or by diaphragm pump. Various models from 20 Ltrs. To 1000 Ltrs. are available.

Promas™ Tripple Roll Mills are designed for milling all types of materials. Rolls are made either chilled cast iron with 550 BHM or steel rolls with hardened stainless steel sleeve. Roll gap adjustment is controlled either manually or hydraulically. Rolls have central cooling arrangements with flexible rotary joints.

Technical features are available as options as under

• Digital read out indicator for measuring roll gaps.
• Fluid coupling for soft start.
• Closed loop circulation system.

• Production rate depends upon characteristics of feeding    materials.
• Basic models are also available in all customary
